CANCELED ORDER / RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS
Ι. Returns of products / goods charged by the Company
Returns of products or goods charged by the Company are accepted only in the following cases:
In all cases in which through its fault Company incorrectly executed the order (error in ordering, invoicing or shipping). In this case, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product / goods from the beginning. Products / goods must be returned in excellent condition, sealed, complete, unused and undamaged. The products must be returned in their original packaging.
In case any defect on the products is found upon receipt, the Company must replace these defective products. To receive a refund the Product must (cumulatively):
- be in the received condition,
- once the original packaging has been opened it must be intact, without damage or tears and must be returned with the Product,

Return of products / goods at the customer's expense is accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer, in cases where the customer in good faith and without abusing the relevant right he changed his mind and no longer wants to buy the product / goods using the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is exercised with a clear statement of the consumer to the website www.xartomania-bookstore.gr.
