Delivery of natural products / goods is completed within the next 10 working days from on the day of completion of the order and depends on the availability of the products as well as the delivery method chosen by the buyer. In exceptional cases of remote geographical locations and if the customer has been previously informed, the delivery time may be extended. Also the cost of transport can vary and can reach up to € 12.00.

Method of delivery

i. The main way of receiving the natural products / goods of the order is through a courier company.

ii. It is possible to receive the products (09:00 -15: 00) from the Company's store without any additional charge to the user.

Shipping costs - Cash on delivery

Where there are shipping costs - cash on delivery are automatically calculated on the purchase page (checkout) and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Retention of ownership

All products sold on the site are free from any legal or real defect. Products that may be modified, repaired, installed or added by the purchaser are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not apply to worn or damaged products resulting from shipment or due to improper and improper use. The Company retains full ownership of the products ordered through the e-shop until the full repayment of their value, but also the costs and taxes included in the invoice / receipt as well as shipping costs.
